Monday 25th May 2009 is Bank Holiday Monday and we’re having a church day out for all who can make it (weather-permitting, obviously!)
If you are interested, please join us at Blaise Castle Estate at 12noon.
We will be having a picnic lunch and there’s opportunities for a walk up to the castle, kids can play on the play park, and there’s plenty of green space to perfect those sports skills!
Our friends, Pete and Jenny Grealsey were at Grace Church today. Pete is the senior pastor of our sister church, Christchurch.
He preached a fantastic message from John 13, entitled “A New Commandment”, exploring some of Jesus’ last words to his disciples before his death on how we should love one another.
Pete pointed out that Christ’s disciples should love one another as he loved them: purposefully, sacrificially and unconditionally.

Gareth Lloyd, from Sovereign Grace Church Merthyr Tydfil, was with us on Sunday and preached a great message from Matthew 13:44-46, entitled “The Great Bargain“.
