Join us this coming Sunday (28th March 2010) as we gather together to join our voices to: 1) Sing praises to God, celebrating his grace toward us; 2) Be instructed from him Word, and 3) share life together — all for the glory of God.
Nathan Smith (pictured left) will be continuing our sermon series from Ephesians, preaching a message entitled, “Paul’s Prayer for Power“, from Ephesians 3:14-21.
This week we are really pleased to welcome our friend Devon Kauflin (pictured right), who is going to be leading us in corporate worship.
Devon serves at Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, by leading worship on Sunday mornings. He also has been leading worship at the New Attitude (now Next) conference since 2004. He sings, plays guitar, and is a primary songwriter for the Na Band, which released their album Looked Upon at New Attitude 2008. His songs include “God over All” and “What a Savior.”
He and his wife were married in January of 2006 and have a son.
As it’s the last Sunday of the month, Peter Bowley will also be leading us in celebrating the Lord’s Supper together.
We have a fully-staffed creche available for little ones (6-months to 4 years old) and our Generations Sunday School for older ones (5-11 year olds).
For this week only, the 5-11 year olds will be staying in for the worship part of the meeting, before being released to their own classes for the sermon portion of the morning.
Service starts at 10:30am, complimentary coffee from 10am.
Find us at Bristol Metropolitan Academy, Snowdon Road Entrance, Fishponds, BS16 2HD.
DON’T FORGET: THE CLOCK “SPRING” FORWARD THIS WEEKEND, SO WE ALL LOSE AN HOUR! PLEASE ADJUST YOUR CLOCKS AND DON’T BE LATE!
